I had my bald headed white Christmas tree for the last six years. But last year the base broke. So I tossed her at the end of the holiday season with no looking back. This year I went with a tall and slim black Christmas tree. She’s such a beauty. I chose black, gold and silver as my theme to match my livingroom decor, and even added some deco mesh to give baby girl some thickness. Now she’s standing tall and pretty as a picture. You can’t tell sis ish lol.
Seriously though, I really love the way my tree turned out. The black Christmas tree is a breath of fresh air after using a white tree for so long, and a green one before that. It was also nice to change my color scheme as I did the white,turquoise,silver and gold theme for the last three years. I always commit to a design for at least a few years though because tree trimmings are too damn expensive and I’m not trying to unnecessarily waste coins. So expect this beauty to stick around for a while.
