I’m pretty sure that you guys have already seen the Urban Decay Born To Run Palette. If not, where have you been?! Lol I feel so bad that I’m just now showing you guys this collection since PR sent it to me weeks ago. But it came right before I left for LA. So I didn’t get a chance to get to it before I left. Anyway I’m getting to it now. Better late than never as I have a feeling you’re going to want this palette in your life, along with the rest of this collection. Born To Run is a travel themed, all-in-one collection that’s perfect to pack up for vacation and create looks wherever you go.
The Urban Decay Born To Run Eyeshadow Palette ($49) has 21 trendy shades ranging from neutrals to jewel tones, and even a few brights. The palette will easily take you from day to night. Allowing you to create flirty neutral looks with pops of color. Out of this world bold looks, and everything in between. The shades are super pigmented and glide on like butter. Check out the swatches…
Breakaway, Stranded, Blaze, Wekender, Still Shot, Riff, Good As Gone
Hell Ride, Taj, Accelerate, Guilt Trip, Ignite, Smog, Wanderlust
Wildheart, Punk, Double Life, Jet, Drift, Radio, Big Sky
I’m a sucker for neutrals and absolutely adore Good As Gone. Im wearing it all over my lid with Punk blended into the outer v, crease and lower lash line. I highlighted my brow bone with Breakaway and added Stranded to my inner v. Simple, yet gorgeous.
The Urban Decay Born To Run Vice Lipsticks ($18) comes in three gorgeous shades. They’re rich and creamy with great pigmentation. You’ll need to touch up your lips after a meal though.
Marfa – dark berry with pink micro-shimmer
66 – rich mauve-nude
Ready? – bright rose sparkle
Marfa is my favorite. It’s sooooo gorgeous!
The Born To Run 24/7 Glide On Eye Pencils also comes in three shades. They apply smooth without tugging or irritating the eye. With no smudging or budging for hours. I blended Lucky into my inner v with Stranded. And I’m wearing the 24/7 pencil in black on my waterline.
Double Life – reddish-brown metallic
Lucky – dark metallic copper
Overdrive – deep green metallic
As much as I hate to admit it, I don’t wear setting spray on the regular. However, I used a setting spray the entire time I was in LA and my makeup stayed flawless in the heat. Now I remember why it’s so important. Especially if you have an oily t-zone. I’ve heard amazing things about the Urban Decay All Nighter Setting Spray but had never tried it for myself. I’ve been using it to set all of my lewks since I received the Born To Run travel size version. It’s the truth. Keeps the oil at bay and my face flawless.
I can’t front, Im in love with the Urban Decay Born To Run Collection. I’ve been reaching for the eyeshadow palette every time I do my makeup for the last couple of weeks. I can’t wait to create more lewks. You can purchase the collection at Sephora, Ulta, Macy’s and Urban Decay.
