Ultra Violet is Pantone’s 2018 Color of the Year, and I couldn’t be more happy. Although I maintain a minimalist wardrobe with mostly neutral colors, I love a bold lip. It’s an easy way to add a pop of color to an outfit. It’s also an easy way to incorporate the Pantone pick into your makeup looks this Spring.
Start with a light layer of foundation that allows your skin to shine through. Keep the contour and blush minimal, and enhance your natural glow with highlighter. Add nude eyeshadow, winged liner and glam lashes. And finish off the look with an ultra violet lip. Any bold purple of your choosing.
