I try to only buy clothes that I love. Clothes that I can wear over and over again in different ways. And I usually keep my clothes for a very long time. Until a piece is unwearable, or I tire of it. So you will definitely see me wear things more than once. If not in an outfit post, then on my social media channels. I’m a fashion repeat offender.
I’ve worn this trench vest along with these shoes in another outfit post. I see no point in buying something to wear only once. Unless it’s a special occasion gown or the like. I don’t have money to throw away like that. And as a minimalist I’m trying to keep my wardrobe small. So I intentionally buy classic pieces and basics that can be mixed and matched to create multiple outfits. A few trendy and statement pieces keeps my wardrobe interesting.

I think that people are afraid to wear the same outfits again because they’re afraid of what others would say. Do these people buy your clothes or pay your bills? I thought not. So wear your clothes as many times as you want. Everyday if you wish. Just don’t forget to wash them lol 😉
