I have a confession to make. I’ve been living in sneakers lately. Especially these Rihanna Fenty Puma Creepers. They are so comfortable. This former kicks addict is falling in love with sneakers once again.
Here’s a little back story. I was an extreme sneaker head in high school. Particularly Jordans and Air Max. I amassed quite the collection by the time I graduated. But I loved heels equally. By the time I moved into my first I was on my grown woman ish. And my shoe collection grew extensively. I didn’t have room for both a huge shoe and sneaker collection. So I sold the latter on eBay and made a grip.

For years I didn’t own a pair of flats, let alone a pair of sneakers. I lived in sky high heels. These days my knees and back are feeling the consequences. So I’ve been adding more comfortable shoes to my collection, including sneakers. My Nana warned me of this day lol.
I’ll be expanding my comfortable shoe collection with a few more pairs of sneakers and oxfords. You probably won’t catch me in Jordans though. My kicks of choice are old school classics like Chucks and Pumas. And I have my eye on a few pairs of shell top Adidas. Working in a library allows me to pretty much wear what I want. So I’ve been adjusting my wardrobe to be not only minimalistic, but a bit more relaxed and versatile.
