Apply the Star Lit Powder dry for a natural look, or wet for more intensity. It can be used as eyeshadow in addition to being applied to highlight the eyes, lips and cheeks. The jar is super small, yet all you need is a tiny bit as they are extremely pigmented. Apply it to the top of the brow bone to open and awaken the eyes. To the cheek bones to enhance the cheeks. Down the center of the nose to slim and define. And also to the Cupid’s bow to create fuller looking lips. You’ll be shimmering, shining and looking all types of fine as a result.
