Laid Back And Layered Up In Leather & Faux Fur

Fall is my favorite season. I love the crisp air. Leaves falling off the trees in a beautiful array of colors. The return of pumpkin spice everything. But most of all the fashion. I live for Fall fashion and I live in leather & faux fur. Particularly my leather moto jacket and faux fur vest. On the cooler days I wear both and layer them to keep warm. You know, when it’s not quite cold enough for a coat, but a leather jacket alone won’t do it.

A light turtleneck adds extra warmth, and I add an oversized scarf if necessary. Fall is all about layering and texture. Combining different textures gives your look more character. My favorite textures are leather & faux fur. Then chunky knits. Especially marled.

As much as I love my stilettos, I’m in low chunky heels and flat riding boots most of the season. At least during the day time. And I love the look of cute ankle booties. My OTK boots are my go tos though when I’m going out, or don’t have to walk much.
