Getting dressed has been so easy ever since I decided to maintain a minimalist wardrobe. My closet is full of neutral colors with a few brights and prints thrown in. My go to neutral is black, and it’s also my favorite color to wear. Therefore you’ll catch me in all black at least twice a week. Black really does go with everything and my favorite color to pair it with is white. So this black & white colorblock dress immediately caught my attention. It’s so classy and chic.
I’ve been wanting a dress just like this for a while now, so I was extremely glad to find it. The fit is everything. The form fitting style hugs my frame perfectly, while the slightly capped sleeves minimizes my broad shoulders.
The dress looks all white from the back, so when you see the front, the pop of black is a nice surprise.

I paired my black & white colorblock dress with a snakeskin ankle strap pump to maintain the minimalist style of the look. I completed the look with a statement necklace and a red lip. As a result, the final look is a little funky rather than just boring black and white.
In a world full of trends, I want to remain a classic.
