Solo Summer Cocktails

Curl up on your couch and wind down after a long day with this Solo Summer Cocktail featuring Alizé Red Passion. It's absolutely deelish.

As much as I enjoy going out with my girls and having drinks in the Summer months, sometimes I just want to curl up on my couch and wind down with a solo cocktail after a long day. Alizé makes it easy for me me to whip up something fruity and delicious in seconds since it’s made to just twist, pour over ice and serve or mix in refreshingly bright cocktails. Just my type of Summer drink! Alizé sent me over a few bottles to experiment with some cocktail recipes.

Alizé Red Passion Cocktail

Aside from fruity cocktails, I really enjoy a nice glass of bubbly or wine. This recipe combines both into a refreshing treat.

The Red Carpet

  • 3 ozs Alizé Red Passion
  • 3 ozs Wine, Sparkling Wine, or Champagne

Combine ingredients and serve over ice in a mason jar, with a handful of frozen mixed berries.

Alizé Red Passion

Absolutely delicious. I chose regular white wine since that’s what I had on hand, and yes I served it over ice. I play by my own rules and it was scorching hot out so the colder the better. You can skip the ice and add more frozen berries for the chill factor. I’m going to do that next time since my favorite part was eating the cocktail soaked berries at the end 🙂

Alizé is a line of premium liqueurs imported from France. Alizé Passion infuses premium French vodka with passion fruit nectar and all-natural flavors found in the world’s most exotic regions. Try each flavor and see why life is more fun in color.

Red Passion blends sweet, vivid passion fruit and crisp, tart cranberries.
Bleu Passion is an infusion of delectable passion fruit, fresh cherries and a hint of ginger.
Gold Passion blends the intensely flavored and aromatic juices of exotic passion fruit.

You can easily use any of the three flavors to create this recipe, just swap out the fruit to something complimentary to each. Mango, peaches and pineapple would go great with Gold Passion and blueberries will give the Bleu Passion a nice boost.
