I’m a simple girl when it comes to nails, short and shaped with a pretty polish and I’m good to go. Crazy patterns and designs on the nails has been all the rage for the last few years but I haven’t really been too big on designs since high school. I occasionally add some glitter polish to my ring finger for a little bling, boring I know.
I received these Sally Hansen Salon Effects Real Nail Polish Strips in Stripe-Tease in my Beauty Box Five January Box and they reminded me of the custom striped nails Inni Nail Wraps used for Ann Yee’s Spring 2015 Show. I decided to try them out since the colors are perfect for Valentines Day weekend. Plus I wanted to try something new since I’ll be attending a few Fashion Week events.
Ann Yee Custom Cobalt Blue & White Striped Inni Wraps
I absolutely love the Anna Yee Inni Wraps and prefer the blue and white since it’s my sorority colors but I had to use what I had. They turned out pretty cool.
They striped nails strips were easy to apply after doing a few and getting the hang of it. I applied a top coat as a lot of reviews said that it helps the strips to last longer. They are supposed to stay for 10-14 days but I’ll probably only get a few days wear as I applied last night and my nails are already showing minor chips. Oh well, glad that I stepped out of the box to try something new. If you want to try the Sally Hansen Salon Effects Real Nail Polish Strips in Stripe-Tease for yourself, they are available for only $4.25 with free shipping on Amazon. That’s a steal!

I like these because they looked like you painted them. I think the Jam Berry ones are a little too over the top for my personal style.
Thank you. Everyone thought that I did them myself and loved it!
