“This isn’t a shadow, it’s a shine,” Milani’s exact description of the new Fierce Foil Eyeshines… runway inspired, eye enhancing gloss palettes. The gloss is formulated with exclusive, multidimensional pearlescence and can be swiped across bare lids to add shine without stickiness. Available in four shade quartettes, each named for beloved cities in Italy. I was sent over all four shades and although I haven’t had a chance to fully test them out I just had to give you guys a peek. All swatches were done clockwise from the upper left.
Milan
Chic Nudes & Neutrals
Rome
Lush Lavenders & Smokey Purples
Florence
Molten Gold, Rose & Bronze
Venice
Frosty White & Ice Cool Blues
First of all, the shades are absolutely gorgeous and so pigmented! The glosses have a very creamy consistency and a tiny amount provides full coverage, but note they will crease. They are not greasy at all but that’s just the nature of this type of product. Expected wear is 2-3 hours so you will need to touch it up after that time period, if you have oily lids it may not even last that long. I know a lot of people like to use cream/gel eyeshadows as a base for powder eyeshadows but these are not made for that. I repeat, you will get creasing. I would say that these are best suited for special occasions where you don’t need it to last long, like a fashion show for instance. Definitely a fun product to have in your collection. $9.99 each
Now on to the Fierce Foil Eyeliners which I absolutely love. There are four shades and a few kind of reminds me of the eyeshadows from the MAC Style Black Collection. Each shade has a black base creating blackened jewel tones with a foiled finish.
Navy Foil- inky, moonlit ocean blue
Black Gold Foil- gilded charcoal
Purple Foil- eggplant splashed with lavender
Brown Foil- glisteny, wet sand taupe
These have amazing pigmentation as well. They can be used as you would a gel eyeliner to create a unique cat eye or as a cream eyeshadow for a smokey eye look… with a good base of course. $6.99 each
You can find the new Fierce Foil Eyeshines & Eyeliners in a CVS, Duane Reade or Walgreens store near you or online at milanicosmetics.com

The Florence and Milan eyeshines are very similar but I love the Florence palette more. And I want all four of the eyeliners. Thanks for the post.
