The Sleek MakeUp Limited Edition i-Divine Del Mar Volume 1 eyeshadow palette is inspired by Ibiza and it’s tranquil, calm and overall chilled out atmosphere with soft corals, sunset oranges, deep sea blues and picturesque greens with a splash of pink and purple. The bright yet soft pastel shades are perfect for the Spring season.
All of the shades in the i-Divine Del Mar Vol 1 palette are extremely pigmented but the matte shades are a little powdery. To get the best color payoff and wear I strongly suggest using a primer and cream base.
Lounge Lovers, Poolside, Sunset Strip, Ambience, Chilled Out, Blue Marlin
Opening Party, On the Rocks, Talamanca, Feel Euphoric, Balearic Beat, Paradise
Here is a look that I created using On the Rocks on the lid, Sunset Strip on the Crease, Talamanca to blend and Paradise on the lower lashline. I used Urban Decay Primer Potion and Milani Shadow Eyez Eyeshadow Pencil in Cafe Au Lait as a base…
MAC Girl About Town lipstick paired nicely with this look!
The eyeshadows apply smooth but you really need to pack it on to get the pigmentation in the pan. I find that the shades are a little difficult to blend and it’s easy to blend them into each other losing differentiation so it’s best to blend with a light hand. The eyeshadows wear well but begin to fade a bit after the 8 hour mark. Overall the Del Mar palette is pretty good quality for a drugstore eyeshadow palette and the quality is on par with other Sleek MakeUp eyeshadow palettes that I own.

The colors look so pretty in the pan but it’s a bummer that they don’t blend as easily & that color differentiation is lost. I was hoping they’d present a HUGE pop of color because I think colors like these are striking on brown-skinned beauties. But, alas, this one kinda disappoints. Not bad for the price point, though. Agreed that MAC’s GAT compliments this look well.
Thank you. I’m going to try some more looks to get a better feel of the palette. This is the second look that I tried but I blended out the first one too much. This look I blended less but although the colors are different in the pan they look so similar on the eye that most of the differentiation is still lost.
i love the look…what powder and fountain do you have on in the pic and also what blush
Thank you. I’m wearing MAC Matchmaster Foundation, Ben Nye Neutral Set Powder and Sleek MakeUp Blush in Sahara.
