Here are some of the products that I’ve been loving this month and last. A few are new items while others are oldies that I found in my stash. Shop your stash often, you never know what treasures you’ll find.
Clarisonic Deep Pore Cleansing Brush
Excuse my little dusty Clarisonic MIA. I’ve had her for almost 4 years now and she’s still going strong (knock on wood.) I usually use the Sensitive or Normal Brush Head depending on the condition of my skin but when it was time to change my brush this time around I decided to try one of the newer heads. The Deep Pore Cleansing Brush Head is recommended for all skin types and large pores. The dual action bristles flush and dislodge oil and debris from clogged pores. I suffer from really bad clogged pores around my nose and in the chin area and this brush has really been minimizing them. I’m happy with the results so far. Sephora $27
Ardell Duo Brush On Eyelash Adhesive
I’ve been on the hunt for this brush on eyelash glue for over a year and could never find it in store. I was really excited to give it a go when I finally spotted it. The glue contains vitamins A,C and E to enrich lashes. It brushes on a fluorescent blue and dries down clear, and quick at that. It’s so much easier to dispense than the squeeze tube and it doesn’t have that funky fishy smell. Yet it still has the staying power of the original Duo, my current fave! Ulta $6.49
Kett Cosmetics Fixx Creme Corrector
I received this in my goodie bag from The Makeup Show NYC and I absolutely love it. It covers my dark under eye circles like no other. I’ll be talking about it a little more in a post this week. Kett Cosmetics $15
Alcone At Home Perfect Pressed Powder
I received this in my goodie bag at The Makeup Show NYC last year and never got around to trying it. I’ve been using it for the last few weeks and love it. The colorless hd powder is so much easier to use then my loose powders and it does a decent job at controlling oil and keeping me matte. I find myself reaching for it over my loose powders when I’m getting ready for work since it’s less messy. Alcone $20
SheaMoisture Lavender & Wild Orchid Joint & Muscle Relief Dead Sea Salt Soak
This soak is everything. I’ve been experiencing a lot of back and joint pain this past few months for being on my feet a lot when doing hair and makeup. I run a nice candle lit bubble bath with this soak along with the matching bubble bath, soak for a good 45 minutes and then rub down with the massage oil in the same scent and I feel like a new person. I will keep a jar of this in my bath at all times. Hope they never discontinue it. Target $10.99
Have you tried any of these goodies?

I’ve always wanted to try the Clarisonic but I am yet to suck it up to purchase me one. I went ahead and got the olay pro x. So I’ll see it goes.
Yeah I remember I had a gift card for half the cost so I bit the bullet and purchased. The Olay Pro X looks to have pretty good reviews
I’m with you on the Duo Brush on glue! I totally love it. I live how easy it is to apply… i never tried the other fish-y smelling one so I can’t compare but I love everything about this one.
Did I mention I love your blog? I always always come on here but thought to finally leave a comment today.
Two thumbs up!
Thank you!
