I can be so random at times. I’ve really been missing my Pixie cut but had so much growth from my braids that I decided to try and grow my hair out. I’ve been getting the itch to cut it all off recently and the plan was to braid it back up Thanksgiving weekend to avoid cutting it. Obviously that’s not going to happen.
I was sitting at work yesterday thinking hard about what to do with my hair and decided that I would cut it. So I went home, went in the bathroom and pulled out my scissors and clippers and did just that.
I feel like a brand new person but really I’m just back to my good old self. This has become my signature look over the last few years. It’s a perfect fit for my style, it’s how I’m most comfortable and confident… I just love it. I strayed for a little bit but I’m back now. When you feel strongly about something do you as you know yourself best.
In honor of my new cut I also plan to get back on my makeup looks game as I’ve been in a simple winged liner and bold lip rut for forever. Wanted to premier my new do with something a little fancy so I came up with this look.
