MAC Vex Eyeshadow is one of those shades that I pull out when I want to wear eyeshadow but don’t have time for anything fancy. It works well as a quick wash all over the lid. Just blend it out, add some black eyeliner and mascara and you have a quick yet gorgeous eye look. Since it has a pink undertone I like to pair it with pink lips and neutral blush.
Vex is frost in texture and described as beige with pink-green pearl, but it looks grey in the pan with hints of pink. When swatched the pink is clearly visible but I don’t see any green…
On my eyes it shows up as a light grey with a pink duochrome depending upon the light. In any case it is such a pretty shade!

Neutral?.. Your blush in your photos seems very over the top. Is this just how the camera is picking it up?
I like to wear a lot of blush, that’s just my thing. However the shade of blush is indeed neutral meaning it can be worn with any eye look or lipstick.
