China Glaze recently released their Electropop Collection for Spring 2012 inspired by all things girly, edgy and fun. It’s described as being where heavy metal meets rocker chic and features 12 shades that just screams Spring. I was sent a few shades for review- Electric Beat, Dance Baby and Gaga for Green.

China Glaze Electropop Electric Beat

Electric Beat, a blue-based periwinkle creme.

China Glaze Electropop Dance Baby

Dance Baby, a bright cotton candy pink creme

China Glaze Electropop Gaga For Green

Gaga For Green, a deep lime green creme

The shades are great for Spring and Summer as well. All applied smooth and opaque in two coats. With careful application you can even get away with one coat. Electric Beat and Dance Baby were a little on the thick side but nothing a good shake can’t fix. My favorite is Electric Beat, I love a good periwinkle shade and this one is perfect for Spring.

Electropop is also available in two six piece collections- Brights and Lights. Individual shades retail for $7 and 6 piece collections retail for $42.

What’s your favorite shade from China Glaze Electropop?

The product(s) in this post were provided for review. See my Disclosure page for additional information.

    1. For these swatches I don’t have on a top coat, just 2 coats of polish and my nails are still wet. However, I usually use Seche Vite Dry Fast Top Coat which is ultra shiny.
