Sleek Mediterranean Collection

Sorry that I am so late with this one but I had a huge box of Sleek products to get through and didn’t want to overwhelm you guys so I had to pace them. The Sleek MakeUp Mediterranean Collection was a limited edition collection released this past Summer. This post is for reference purposes since I just checked Sleek’s site and these products are nowhere in sight, but you never know they may pop up on ebay, etc. Along with the Caribbean Collection it features bright, bold colors sure to make you stand out in a crowd and includes an i-divine eyeshadow palette, blush, and a pout polish. The Monaco i-Divine palette is a medley of frosts and mattes in a range from neutrals, to bright pink and burgundy. The turquoise colors really stand out and really does remind me of the Mediterranean Sea…

Moors Treasure reminds me of MAC Smoke Signal Pigment which is one of my favorite pigments. Sunset appears to be a dupe for MAC Coppering eyeshadow. The eyeshadows are extremely smooth and pigmented, even the lightest shade gives decent pigmentation. I love the range of colors, you can create anything from a neutral eye, to a fun bright look, to a sexy smokey eye.

Santorini Blush is a bright magenta matte. Extremely pigmented so you must use a light hand to avoid clown cheeks. This is my favorite product from the Mediterranean Collection, this blush is gorgeous! Monte Carlo Pout Polish is a muted magenta and is very sheer. When layered it gives enough color to brighten the face without being loud. Like all Sleek Pout Polishes, Monte Carlo is not sticky and very moisturizing. It also contains SPF 15 which is a nice plus. It smells like vanilla but sure doesn’t taste like it. As much as I love Sleek Pout Polishes I hate the taste, yuck.

The Sleek MakeUp Mediterranean Collection is another hit from Sleek and I am glad to have it in my collection. As I mentioned earlier the collection was limited edition for Summer 2011 so you can check your local Superdrug (UK beauties) to see if they still have it in stock or be on the lookout on ebay.

The product(s) in this post were provided for review. See my Disclosure page for additional information.
