Polish Pick: Revlon Carbonite

Revlon Carbonite is a dark pewter with silver and gold micro-fine sparkles that gives it a textured look. Impressed by Revlon again.

"Revlon Carbonite"

Another attempt at Revlon to dupe a Chanel polish, this time it’s Chanel Graphite. I don’t have Graphite to compare but from the pictures that I’ve seen, it appears to have more apparent sparkles and the different colors gives it a textured look making it look like real graphite. Definitely a gorgeous shade. Revlon Carbonite may not be an exact dupe but for $4.79 compared to $25 for a bottle of Chanel polish, it’s close enough for me.

Seche Vite Dry Fast Top Coat

Revlon Carbonite is a dark pewter with silver and gold micro-fine sparkles that gives it a textured look. It looks as if it would be grainy to the touch if you rubbed your fingers across it. Carbonite applies smooth and opaque in one coat if applied carefully. It also dries quick and wears well. This is my fourth day with this manicure and there is no chipping and only minor tip wear. Impressed by Revlon again.

    1. I love to find a cheap dupe. This shade is gorgeous and the longer you wear it, it changes up. It looks like a khaki green on my nails now. Still love it though!

  1. I just picked up a couple bottles of this today at Big Lots for $1.50 a bottle, so if you have a store nearby, make plans to go ASAP and see if they have this there. It’s a gorgeous color!
