I’ve had MAC Club eyeshadow for over a year and totally forgot about it until I was rearranging my palettes last night. I decided to pull it out and do a quick look with it. Club is a red-brown with a green pearl duochrome and the color changes depending on what color base you use. I just used it on top of Urban Decay Primer Potion for this look as I wanted to see what it looked like on me without altering the color using a base. I applied Club all over the lid, MAC Embark on the outer v and crease, and blended the crease with MAC Soft Brown.
Club has a Satin finish and applies buttery smooth, but also has a lot of fall out since it is so soft. It is very easy to blend and is very versatile, looks good alone but would also look good with other shades or even on the crease. Overall Club is a gorgeous color and I will definitely be wearing it more often. Next time I will try it over a black base. Oh and if you don’t fancy the price of MAC eyeshadows, Wet ‘n Wild’s “definer” shade in the Comfort Zone Palette is a dupe… the shade was also in the Wet ‘n Wild LE 2010 Night Elf Eyeshadow Palette.
