I finally found the Smashbox Artificial Light Luminizing Lotion in Flash and now my trio is complete, sitting pretty in my MUA Kit. Flash is a beautiful iridescent mixture of pinky peachy golden goodness and is quite different from every other luminizer I own.
Flash is super pretty. It reminds me of my favorite shade of nail polish in high school, Cotton Candy. Here it is next to NARS Orgasm Illuminator…
Flash, NARS Orgasm Illuminator
MAC Vanilla Pigment, Flash, NARS Orgasm Illuminator
It even gave my shiny end of the day face a gorgeous glow. SMH Yes, I am impressed!
Diffuse, Flash, Glow
See my review of Smashbox Artificial Light Luminizers and swatches of Diffuse and Glow here.
Sidenote… I think I will try MAC Strobe Cream since it comes in a travel size in the new Sized To Go Collection for almost half the price of the full size. 15 bucks is easier to swallow than 29, and you get more than half the amount of the full size. I am trying to stay away from MAC until my Pro Card arrives, hopefully around the end of this month. Once I try the Strobe Cream I will do a luminizer face off for you guys.

it looks like benefit moonbeam
I don’t have Moon Beam but I just looked it up and you’re right. You are getting way more bang for your buck with Artificial Lights though, Moon Beam is the same price for a little over half the amount of product.
Wow it looks pretty on your skin, it reminds me of how MAC strobe cream looks on mines.
Thanks Kim, I would love to see a post on the Strobe Cream!
It looks so lovely on you! 🙂
I want this!!
I LOVE YOUR MAKEUP REVIEWS!! i was wondering the smashbox luminizing lotion can be mixed with foundation or in just certain places, the smashbox powder can be in just certain place like the lotion but can it go all over and be mixed with foundation or not!! Appreciate it 🙂
Thank you. Yes, it can be mixed with foundation. That is how I use it, it gives a nice radiant glow to the skin 🙂
I am going to get this for the summer … Hopefully ULTA sells it
I’ve never shopped in Ilya so I’m not sure hon. Hope you find it
