  1. Oh wow this look is gorgeous. Lovee it. Purples can be quite difficult on me sometimes — might end up looking like I’ve got just the 1 round with Tyson

      1. Purples are awesome. MAC has some of my favorite purples and if the purple is also a duochrome then I’m in love. If your finding that purple looks more like bruising on you then a kick butt smokey eye try a more pastel purple. Depending on your skin tone perhaps you’d be more comfortable with a pretty light purple (think:lavender) also be sure to experiment with different finishes. Perhaps a matte shade over a nice white base for vibrancy or a satin/shimmer finish over a beautiful iridescent base or a cream colored base with light shimmer. Anyone can wear any color never be afraid to experiment or ask for advice! I hope you dont mind!

  2. I’m going to do this look tomorrow when my boyfriend comes over! I hope it looks as good as yours does. Looking gorgeous as usual babe! xx

  3. Very Nice looks awesome.. me and purple dont get along that much i keep trying to get the right affect but it comes out blah to me.. love the look.. I just love your haircut..fits you perfectly.

    1. Thank you. Purples can be a bit tricky it is all about choosing the right shade and the colors you pair it with. I find that anything too red based I have to keep away from waterline b/c I can look sickly. When wearing one shade alone, I find that the more vibrant the purple the better. When wearing muted tones of purple pairing it with other shades works best for me… and remember you can change the look of the shade depending upon the base you use. A dark base will make the shade darker as shown in this look, but a lighter base such as white will make the shade appear much more vibrant.

    1. Thanks hon. I have a ton of MAC pigment samples. I get them from The Body Needs. I do have a full size Tan Pigment though, it’s gorgeous!

  4. Gotta love MAC Violet pigment! That’s a lovely gorgeous shade!

Love that pop of bright purple on your lids! And purple is one of my fav colors for the eyes too!
