Yesterday morning I went to an exclusive EcoTools Blogger Breakfast at The Green Table, a little sustainable organic eatery in the Chelsea Market. The purpose of the breakfast was to unveil the brand new EcoTools website and to provide a sneak peak of the exciting things that EcoTools has in the works for this year. They’ve been very busy over at EcoTools so let me bring you up to date with what’s in store for the brand. Alicia Silverstone and EcoTools has joined forces again, this time with a gorgeous new look, revised shapes and three new additions for the Spring 2011 Collection. The Alicia Silverstone Collection features clean sophistication, soothing lavender, mint green and Alicia’s favorite flowers on bags for storing and transporting makeup tools, as well as brushes. Best of all, everything is eco-friendly and made out of natural materials such as natural hemp, recycled PET, non-toxic inks and tree-free paper.
The collection consists of a Hanging Valet ($15.99), Train Case ($14.99), 6-Piece Brush Set & Bag ($14.99), Cosmetic Bag ($8.99), Deluxe Pencil Case ($7.99) and the 4-Piece Backstage Vanity Brush Set ($12.99) shown below…
The collection is very cute and super affordable. It will be launching in April. EcoTools is also introducing new bath accessories for 2011 including the ecopouf Bath Brush ($4.99), Mini Bath Sponge ($.99), Recycled Bath & Shower Gloves ($3.99) all shown in the photo above, and the Cleansing Pad ($2.99) shown below…
How cute is that heart!
As I mentioned earlier, EcoTools is also launching a new website featuring an eshop, tips and tutorials and social media. Yes, you will now be able to find the brand on Facebook and Twitter! The new url (www.ecotools.com) will be up and running by April 4th.
After the enormously successful launch of their “Look Gorgeous, Love Green” Campaign in 2010, EcoTools will be relaunching the initiative with the “Choose to Live Beautifully” Campaign (www.choosetolivebeautifully.com). The campaign gives women the opportunity to make smarter beauty choices by swapping or recycling their old cosmetic supplies in exchange for a coupon to try an EcoTools alternative, valued up to $7.99. To kick off the campaign, EcoTools will be hosting an event in Santa Monica on Saturday, May 21st. More info to come as the date draws near.
As you can see, EcoTools is doing some big things. The event was pretty cool and the food at The Green Table was great. I had the cheese and veggie Frittata… deelish… and the fresh squeezed orange juice Mimosas and pastries were amazing!
We all went home with an exclusive EcoTools by Alicia Silverstone Tote (not available in stores) filled with goodies…
Goodies inside…
The Alicia Silverstone Spring 2011 Train Case, Mini Bath Sponge, new Plant A Kiss Lip Conditioner and a 6-Piece Travel Eye Brush Set.
What a way to save the trees!

Just wondering what would be the new website IRL, if it's already up. Thanks

Looks like you had fun! I tried EcoTools for the first time last year and was amazed at how soft the brushes were. The bamboo mouse and usb drive are awesome. Will keep my eyes peeled for the new collection.
I had a ball. Yes, the brushes are super soft with minimal shedding. I love them!
