MAC Cleanse- Off Oil
During the hot, humid summer months I have a hard time with my skin. From the extra sweat and oils, and debris from the air getting stuck on my face, I tend to break out the most this time of year. It is very important that I thoroughly cleanse my skin, leaving no traces of dirt or makeup. This is where MAC Cleanse-Off Oil comes in. I use it before my regular cleanser at night to remove all traces of my makeup and extra oil. I follow it with a cleanser, witch hazel and a light moisturizer. This routine tends to keep my skin looking radiant and clear. I’ve already repurchased Cleanse-Off twice and will be repurchasing again when I run out.
Aveeno Positively Radiant Daily Moisturizer w/ SPF 15
I started using this moisturizer a few months ago and I like it a lot. It is supposed to even out your skin tone and texture and reflect light to bring out skin’s natural radiance. I must admit that I haven’t really noticed a change in my skin tone or texture yet, but my skin does seem a bit more radiant. The lotion has little sparkles in it which gives me a nice glow. It is oil-free and contains SPF which is a big plus. As it gets warmer, I use a little less as it can be a little heavy.
LUSH Grease Lightning Tea Tree Spot Cleanser
If I get a blemish on the skin or feel a blemish coming on, I apply this on the spot and the pimple never forms. It also helps pimples that are already out to dry out and shrink faster. It is all natural and contains tea tree oil and witch hazel amongst other natural ingredients.
Palladio Rice Paper Oil-Absorbing Blotting Tissues
I have combination/oily skin and I tend to get oily in my T-Zone. I don’t like to reapply powder during the day as your makeup begins to look cakey. To absorb the extra oil in my T-Zone I use Palladio Blotting Tissues. They are a nice size so that you only need to use one sheet and one side contains rice powder which is good for absorbing oil. I use the translucent sheets and it doesn’t add any color and doesn’t give you that “dead look.” They also remove the oil without removing your makeup.
GOSH Light N’ Shine Lip Glaze
GOSHLight n’ Shine Lip Glaze has LED lights under the lid and a mirror on the side making it perfect to take on a night out. The color is the perfect pink with sparkles, a dupe for my beloved MAC Fierce n Fabulous from the Style Warriors Collection. See more pics here.
MAC Marine Life Highlight Powder
This powder is gorgeous. The top layer is sprayed on gold so for the first few uses it gives a golden glow. Once the golden layer wears off you are left with one side apricot with shimmer and the other a sheer light pink with shimmer. The apricot side can be used as a blush as well as a highlight and the light pink side works well as a highlighter on my NW 45 skin.
MAC Blush Ombre in Vintage Grape
A beautiful plum blush that can create a range of colors from a deep pink to purple depending upon whether you use the colors alone or mix them.

Omg I adore LUSH!! I think I need to work in the store lol.
Okay it seems that lately my favourite has anything to do with Aloe Vera, the obsession is quite scary .
lol girl I love Lush as well and need to try more products. Aloe Vera is very good for the skin and hair. I am going to try some 100% Aloe Vera Gel for my hair to lay down my edges.
nice review…Aveeno products are always awesome!
Thanks girlie. This was my first Aveeno product from the skin-care line, I only tried the baby products before. I will definitely be trying more.
