As promised, here is a close up of my New Years Eve makeup look with a tutorial. A dramatic smokey eye using my Urban Decay Naked 2 Palette, and a bold lip. The only thing I did differently is use strip lashes, in the original look I wore individuals. 12.27.2011
Urban Decay has set the beauty world on a frenzy once again with the release of their Naked 2 Palette, the sequel to the Naked Palette which beauty enthusiasts are still raving over, myself included. When I saw the previews of Naked 2 I thought I’d just pass on it because I have the original Naked Palette, the Sleek Au Naturel Palette and a palette of MAC neutral eyeshadows, but deep down inside I still wanted to get my hands on Naked 2. 11.08.2011

Ok, so besides the Naked Palette, I’ve never tried any other Urban Decay Eyeshadows. I love the Naked Palette and use it a lot, and since acquiring it I’ve become hooked on Urban Decay eyeshadows and been wanting to try some of the single shadows. If you haven’t heard by now, Urban Decay has finally listened to their customers and put their infamous primer potion in a tube. A professional size tube at that! I purchased a tube for my MUA kit since I was able to get it for 20% off at beauty.com. This is not a review 09.18.2010

I was secretly waiting for the Urban Decay Naked Palette to launch. I do not own any Urban Decay eyeshadows, and the shadow books of the past did not appeal to me, but when I saw this baby I knew I had to have it. I was bummed to hear that it was sold |
