I love deep, rich colors on the nails for Fall, especially true dark browns. A lot of dark browns are so deep that they appear to be black in natural light, but that is not the case with China Glaze IX. IX is from the China Glaze “X Collection” which debuted in 2007 celebrating 08.16.2011
