Butter London Artful Dodger from the Spring/Summer 09 Collection is a deep sky blue creme with a hint of a sea foam green undertone. Definitely blue though. It applied smooth and opaque in two coats and dried fast. Really cheering me up with all of these grey skies in NYC. This is my
