Blendable, creamy cheek color in a pocket sized tube, the new Jordana Cosmetics Color Tint Blush Sticks are perfect to toss in your bag and go this Spring. The twist up tube makes it easy to apply, no brush necessary. Just touch on the apple of your cheeks and blend toward your temples with your fingertips. Easy peasy.
I've grown quite the blush collection over the past few years but no matter how large my collection grows, week after week I find myself grabbing one of these blushes and using it non stop. If I could only own five blushes these would be it. I am so confident in this group that I am sure that they will work for all brown girls, no matter your complexion or skin tone. It's all in the application.
Milani will be launching a second collection of the super popular Rose Powder Blushes. You may remember that I received one last year for review and was not too impressed as the shade was too light for my skin. This time around Milani went bolder and brighter and the collection does not disappoint. There are four new limited edition shades and brown girls rejoice as this time all of the shades work for us!
Sleek MakeUp has released 2 new Blush by 3 blush palettes for Spring 2014, Pink Lemonade and Californ.I.A. Each palette includes 3 complimentary shades that can be worn separately or layered for more intensity and longer wear.
If you like Milani's Baked Blush then you are in for a real treat. The brand released two new matte shades that are right on time for Spring, Delizioso Pink and Bella Rosa. Bella Rosa is the bees knees. I don't think I have a similar shade in my collection. Check it out on...
"Milani Roses Powder Blush Romantic Rose" Milani recently released the Roses Powder Blush Collection which is limited edition for the month of August. The collection consists of four shades of blush in rose hues Warm Petals, Flora Passion, Bella Rose and Romantic Rose which are simply beautiful in their 3D packaging. I was sent Romantic Rose for review, a cool toned matte rose pink.
No your eyes are not deceiving you, yes this is a blush. A blush in the form of a cool looking silver pen that looks more like a writing tool or maybe a laser beam pen. I have to give kudos to Ellis Faas on the packaging in which most of her products are housed in, it's truly unique and I love it. Soft Bronze as the name implies is a soft bronze with slight golden shimmer. The lightweight gel is semi sheer in pigmentation but can be built up when layered making it perfect to use like a bronzer. It gives the cheeks a beautiful bronze glow. Check it out...
Where the heck have I been not trying out this blush sooner?! Jordana has released 12 new shades of their powder blush and I was sent over 6 to review. OMG I'm telling you these just may be the best from the drugstore. Extremely pigmented, blends well and lasts all day. Best of all they are less than $3 a pop. Read more to see swatches and how they look on
I finally had the chance to stop in the new e.l.f. studio store that opened up about a month ago here in NYC and it is too cute. With mostly everything being under $5 it's easy to go crazy in there but I just snagged a few things an HD Blush, Lip Exfoliator and a Lip Lock Pencil. I will review the other items later but this post is all about the HD Blush in Showstopper.
