I’ve been using the Milani Shadow Eyez Eyeshadow Pencils for the last couple of days and I love them. Super pigmented and bright, and stays put all day. Here is a look that I created using Aquatic Style, a bright metallic aqua blue. 
My oh my I just love it when the drugstore brands come out with less expensive alternatives of coveted items from high end brands. Although I tend to splurge here and there mostly with my pro discounts, I believe in beauty on a budget. If I can find a cheaper version that works just as good I am all for it.
