The last day of the Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty Exhibit at The Metropolitan Museum of Art was yesterday so I went with the girls to check it out before it went finito. The exhibition was organized by The Costume Institute and showcased the work of the late Alexander McQueen, from his post graduate collection to his final runway show which took place after his death in February 2010. So I went to The Makeup Show NYC this past Sunday. It was my first time attending and I had a ball! I ran into some familiar faces from the blogosphere, met some celebrity makeup artists and picked up some new goodies. I am already looking forward to next year! I just purchased my ticket for The Makeup Show NYC and I am super excited! This will be my first time attending. I can’t wait to see the gorgeous Sam Fine and other artists, attend some seminars, do some more shopping and see some of my fellow Beauty Bloggers. I went to IMATS NYC yesterday and I had a ball. This was IMATS first time coming here and we completely sold out the event. It was super packed but not unbearable, although I got there later than expected. I met some familiar faces, got some goodies and best of all stuck to my budget! After waiting patiently for months, the wait is finally over. IMATS NYC is this weekend and for the first time in IMATS history, the event is completely sold out! Amazing isn’t it? There will be no tickets sold at the door so if you didn’t get your ticket yet, sowwy you will miss out I will be there tomorrow. I am not planning on buying much as I honestly don’t need anything. Premature birth is a serious problem. In the United States, more than half a million babies a year are born prematurely, before they are done growing and developing. Premature babies are at a higher risk for newborn health complications such as breathing problems and even death.
