I attended The Makeup Show NYC yesterday and had a great time. I was so tired when I got home since it’s a lot of walking around but it was worth it. I’ll be posting coverage of TMS NYC this week so stay tuned, but this post is about my makeup for the day and a peek at what I wore to the show. I’m still rocking out in nude eyes and bright lips. It’s my go to look for Spring and Summer. Today’s lippie of choice was Milani Color Statement Lipstick in Flamingo Pose. It’s so bright and yummy looking! 04.15.2013
This morning the garbage truck woke me up a half an hour earlier than my alarm so I decided to stay up and take my time getting ready. More time to get ready = more time for makeup… so I did a full face including eyeshadow. Yup, I’m already back again with another makeup look. I finally found the CoverGirl Queen All Day Flawless 3-in-1 Foundation yesterday so I took it for a spin today along with a new concealer that I found from Black Opal, Even True Conceal & Brighten Under-Eye Concealer. This is another nude eye look with a super bright lip, not for the faint of heart lol 04.09.2013
Spring has officially sprung in the Big Apple. It was 79 degrees today and you couldn’t tell me nothing. I was showing toes and glad to only have to wear a light blazer. In celebration of the beautiful weather I decided to actually wear some eyeshadow as I haven’t in weeks and topped off the look with a super bright lipstick. 02.04.2013
I had my annual Super Bowl Party at my apartment and keeping with my tradition I dolled up my face in my teams colors and logo. As you probably already know the Ravens won the game 01.31.2013
I’m still on my neutral eyes and bold lips kick. Naked Lunch is a frosty champagne eyeshadow and makes a great neutral eye. To give the look some some life I chose Rebel which is one of my favorite MAC lipsticks. Here is the look |
