Recently while browsing the beauty aisles at Target I came across a foundation that made me do a double take. First of all I had never seen it before and secondly I just could not get over the price. Less than $5 for a foundation seemed unreal to me as you can barely find anything under $10 in the drugstore these days, at least here in NYC. Anyway there it was, Black Radiance Color Perfect Oil Free Liquid Makeup. The foundation comes in six shades, all catering to the brown skinned beauties. Oil Free was music to this oily girl’s ears and since the price was so low I picked up two.
