Fal 2017 RedBook Red Beauty Box

It’s always exciting to see what goodies are inside of the RedBook Red Beauty Box. This years box did not disappoint. In fact, I’ve been using a few of the products nonstop since receiving them. Take a closer look at the goodies inside of the Red Beauty Box…

MegRhythm Gentle Steam Eye Mask

MegRhythm’s Gentle Steam Eye Mask is a quick & easy way to decompress and de-stress anywhere. The single use eye mask utilizes advanced self-heating technology to relax tired eyes, while hydrating the surrounding skin. Soothing scents of Lavendar help to heighten the experience. This eye mask is perfect for winding down before bed. I’m on the computer all day at work, and sometimes all night when I get home. So believe me when I say that my eyes are tired. I use the Megrhythm Gentle Steam Eye Mask before bed and it instantly relaxes me. I’m able to go right to sleep, and my eyes don’t look as tired as they usually do in the morning. A Citrus as well as an unscented version is also available.

Finishing Touch Flawless Hair RemoverFinishing Touch Flawless Hair Remover

My favorite item in the Red Beauty Box is Finishing Touch’s Flawless® hair remover. The hypoallergenic, 18 karat gold-plated head removes hair instantly and painlessly with no irritation. I have a barely there mustache. The hairs grow in blonde and are barely visible. But I can see it. I wanted to get it threaded. But thought that option would be too painful. So I used the Flawless Hair Remover to remove it and it was easy peasy. The mustache was gone with just a few circular motions. The built in light ensured that I didn’t miss a hair. Best of all, I can use it everyday to make sure the mustache stays away.

Big Sexy Hair Powder Play Lite

Sexy Hair’s Big Sexy Hair Powder Play Lite Soft Volumizing & Texturizing Powder is designed to provide instant volume & texture. The unique dispensing system evenly mists the lightweight powder in a cloudlike spray, then it liquefies during use. My hair has a lot of volume and texture naturally. So this product is not really targeted to me. I did a patch test though and the spray did thicken up my roots a bit. I’m sure the powder will work amazingly well on thin, fine hair to mimic volume & texture.

Mary Kay Clear Proof Deep Cleansing Charcoal Mask

Mary Kay’s Clear Proof® Deep-Cleansing Charcoal Mask deeply cleanses skin, immediately reduces shine and clears pores. Activated charcoal acts as a magnet to unclog pores. Kaolin and bentonite clays absorb excess oil. Honeysuckle and navy bean extracts targets skin discoloration. All while rosemary and peppermint awaken your senses. I absolutely love this mask. The gentle cooling sensation feels so refreshing. It dries fast, but doesn’t leave the skin feeling tight. And it removes all of those pesky white heads around my nose. I also have less oil in my t-zone the next day.

Curel Hydra Therapy Wet Skin Moisturizer

Curel’s Hydratherapy Wet Skin Moisturizer penetrates deep into the skin’s surface, providing moisture where it’s needed most. The water-activated Advanced Ceramide Complex helps repair the skin’s moisture barrier and combat the source of dryness. I apply this moisturizer straight out of the shower and it absorbs immediately without leaving a greasy residue. My super dry skin stays soft and hydrated all day long!

The Fall 2017 RedBook Red Beauty Box was big on skincare. The products are definitely helping me to keep my skin in check for Fall!
