Winter is coming and I want to make sure that you’re prepared in the skincare department. It’s extremely important to take good care of your skin. Especially as you’re getting older to avoid fine lines and wrinkles. Besides, who wants to have to wear makeup all of the time? When I venture out fresh-faced and makeup free, I want my skin looking flawless hunty. As much as I love my makeup, I love my skin more. And it doesn’t have to cost an arm and a leg to take care of your skin. The drugstore skincare aisle is your best friend.
One of my favorite places to shop for drugstore skincare is Target. You can find a greater variety of inexpensive skincare products from brands that you may not find in your local drugstore. For example, these products from e.l.f. Cosmetics and Pixi Beauty. They are ah-ma-zing. Let me tell y’all all about them!
A gentle exfoliating scrub that helps polish away dead skin cells for healthy, glowing skin. It’s infused with purified water and vitamin E to hydrate leaving skin feeling smooth and looking luminous.
A lightweight moisturizer infused with Purified Water, Jojoba, Aloe, Vitamin E and Cucumber to hydrate, nourish, soothe and protect the skin. Also formulated with antioxidants Shea Butter, Grape and Orange. The light scent is pleasant and not overwhelming.
A hydrating gel that transforms into a bubble mask on the face. Bubbles fizz and foam to remove excess dirt and cleanse pores for glowing, healthy looking skin.
Brightens and refreshes the eye area to help alleviate under eye puffiness and dark circles. Infused with Pomegranate, Rosemary, Green Tea, Cucumber and Grape to hydrate and nourish the delicate skin around your eyes. The cooling sensation is perfect as a little pick-me-up in the morning.
A super-hydrating, lightweight gel that rejuvenates, cools & refreshes thirsty skin instantly. Encapsulated water absorbs into skin for maximum hydration. Aloe vera heals & soothes, green tea provides anitoxidant benefits and helps protect cells, and Rosemary rejuvenates & stimulates. The tube with pump dispenser makes it easy to apply.
A super light, mist-on moisturizer that gives dry skin a surge of hydration and plumps skin by trapping moisture. It provides an invisible layer of skin soothers including hyaluronic acid, black oat with provitamin A, linoleic acid, and vitamins B1, B2 & B6.
An anti-fatigue serum that massages away puffiness as it smooths and refreshes the eye area. Collagen helps to repair the delicate eye area, peptides plump fine lines, while raspberry tones skin. The cooling rollerball applicator soothes & encourages circulation around the eye.
The Pixi skincare products may appear expensive compared to the e.l.f. products. However, skincare products with this line up of ingredients are usually at least 2x the price. So actually these products are a steal!
