I’m a snacker. It’s very important that I have some type of snack in my bag at all times, and I do my best to keep them healthy or healthy-ish. I discovered noosa yoghurt a few months ago and it was love at first bite. I take one to work with me everyday as a late morning snack. I especially love the 4 oz as it’s the perfect serving size for a sweet little treat.
Noosa yoghurt is available in 4 oz, 8 oz and 24 oz varieties. The 4 oz 4 packs comes in eight flavors- Vanilla, Salted Caramel, Passion Fruit, Blueberry, Raspberry, Strawberry Rhubarb, Tart Cherry and Pumpkin. I was having a hard time finding the 4 pack in flavors other than Tart Cherry and Blueberry in my local Target, and noosa was kind enough to send me over additional flavors to try out.
The noosa yoghurt 4 oz is a bit small compared to other yogurt cups, but trust me, it packs a lot of punch. The yoghurt is thick, rich, and velvety, with the perfect combination of sweet and tangy. Whole rBHG-free milk from family-owned dairies, honey and fruit picked and pureed at the peek of ripeness gives noosa a decadent flavor profile. I sometimes like to have it after dinner for dessert. The secret to eating noosa yoghurt is not to mix everything all together. I like to swirl small amounts of the base into the yogurt at a time to allow me to enjoy the flavor of the plain yogurt, which is perfect on it’s own. Salted Caramel is a new flavor and OMG it’s so good!
Noosa yoghurt is now my favorite brand of yogurt and I go through withdrawal when the 4 packs are sold out in my area. I’ll occasionally get the 8 oz size since more flavors are available. It’s too large in my opinion for a snack, but is the perfect size for breakfast with a granola topping. My son loves noosa as well and likes to enjoy it as a treat, or out the door to school. It’s just perfect. You can find noosa at your local Target store.
