Look Old School Hollywood Glamorous with Julie Hewett Lipstick in Rouge Noir

Julie Hewett Lipstick Rouge Noir

Julie Hewett’s lipstick in Rouge Noir from the Noir Collection has quickly soared to the top of my favorite reds list. The Noir Collection consists of nine sexy shades of long lasting red lipsticks in double-pigmented sheer and triple-pigmented creamy matte formulas infused with camelia oil and essence of rose bud to keep lips soft and kissable. Rouge Noir is a 1940’s inspired true movie star matte red that will work well with all skintones.

The lipsticks come housed in this super cute case that can be re-purposed, I use mine to store qtips as it’s the perfect height.

Inside of the case, the lipstick is housed in a box. I know that sounds like a lot of packaging but the tube is so gorgeous the extra protection is warranted. The gold tube is so chic and I feel extra glamorous when reapplying my lipstick in public.

Although matte, the formula is extremely creamy and moisturizing. It stays put for hours without drying out the lips, even through a few meals. Here is how it looks on me…

I am in love with the formula and it’s the perfect shade of red. Can’t wait to create a pin up look with it as it is perfect for that!

Loving this shade. It looks more moisturizing than Ruby Woo! How does it compare?

It’s definitely more moisturizing. Ruby Woo is very dry
