MAC recently released the highly anticipated, limited edition Azealia Banks lipstick, Yung Rapunxel. A deep, rich plum with an Amplified Creme Finish, Yung Rapunxel is perfect for the Fall and Winter months.

I planned to make my way down to MAC this weekend to pick up Yung Rapunxel, but while browsing my lipstick draw to find something to wear this morning I ran across this…
My first thoughts were “Owww, got me a Yung Rapunxel Dupe lol!!!” I texted a pic of me wearing the lipstick to my cuz who just purchased Yung Rapunxel and she confirmed that it is spot on, as you can see in the pics (Thx Mo xoxo 
) So I guess I should go on ahead and reveal the dupe then huh… Introducing Milani Color Perfect Lipstick in Plum Deluxe which is new for 2012. I reviewed this shade along with a few more back in the Spring. You can see the review here.
Plum Deluxe, also a deep, rich plum is a perfect dupe for MAC Yung Rapunxel. The only difference is that it has very faint shimmer giving it a shiny finish instead of a creme finish. It is very pigmented and stays on for hours without touching up. You can add a little clear gloss on top to get a finish similar to that of Yung Rapunxel.
Guess I won’t be needing Yung Rapunxel after all! Milani Color Perfect Lipstick retails for $4.99 and can be picked up at CVS, www.milanicosmetics.com and drugstore.com
