I’ve been having an awesome love affair this Summer with pleats in various sizes, colors and hems. Pleats are so lady like and retro, I can never tire of them. When I saw this striped accordion pleated skirt on forever21.com I just had to have it. I also purchased the top that was paired with the skirt as I felt it was a great match. The contrast of the navy and orange is perfect and I love the striped design.
