Polish Pick: Wet ‘n Wild Fast Dry Saved By The Blue

Wow, I can’t believe it’s been almost 2 weeks since I’ve last posted. So sorry guys but I have been extremely sick on meds and bed rest after an overnight stint in the ER. I’ve barely left my house the past 10 days, no makeup, barely combed my hair and no appetite. If I don’t eat then you know I am sick. I am slowly but surely trying to pull it back together and I have a ton of posts lined up for you guys. So stay tuned while I play catch up. Anyway, on to the polish pick this week… Wet ‘n Wild Fast Dry Polish in Saved By The Blue…

Saved By The Blue is a deep royal blue polish with a metallic finish. Such a gorgeous shade and the name is too cute! I used to love that show with Zach and his trickery lol. Royal Blue is my fave color, and if you’ve been around since the beginning of my blog you would remember that my entire background used to be royal blue. It was very pretty but hard on the eyes so I changed it. Back to the point, I love royal blue but I am a bit biased since it’s one of my sorority colors ;)

I wore this shade for Memorial Weekend and I am actually still wearing it now with just minor tip wear and a few chips. Guess that’s a benefit of being on bed rest. It’s opaque in two coats and really does dry fast. I noticed over time that the polish gets a little darker on the nails and turns almost a sapphire blue. With a good top coat such as Seche Vite and normal use of your hands you should get a good 5 days with minor tip wear. Best of all, this line of polish from Wet ‘n Wild retails for $1.99 each and I got it for 40% off at Rite Aid. I’ll let you do the math! lol
