It’s the second day of the heatwave in NYC. The temperature is approaching 100 degrees and it’s unbearably hot, humid and muggy out. I wanted to wear something that would be cool and comfortable, yet bright and fun. This tribal print dress is just that. Can you believe it was just $12.88 from Walmart?! I can’t!
If you saw my Spring/Summer Haul video than you probably remember that this dress was a halter. I don’t really care for halters, especially those with thick straps as they hurt my neck. I also wanted the dress to be more work appropriate so I transformed the straps into cross back. Easy peasy, all I needed was 10 minutes and some needle and thread.
I paired the dress with some large gold earrings, my cream & tan Gucci Joy Boston Bag, Vince Camuto Zeplin Wedges and my Fossil “Stella” Rose Gold Watch. Nice and Simple. The nail polish is Siren by Revlon in case you’re wondering 
Topped the look off with my RayBan Aviators to keep the sun out, and of course for the cool factor lol. Guess I will make it in this heat after all!
