The Eau La La Liners definitely live up to their claims. They are completely smudge-proof and waterproof, they don’t budge. I’ve been testing them on my waterline and they stay on all day, even with my tear filled allergy eyes. They are soft and creamy and glide on smooth. I ‘m going to need to pick up a few more shades as these will be perfect for the hot, humid NYC Summer. Retails for $5.99 and can be purchased at www.sleekmakeup.com. That’s less than a third of the cost of the Urban Decay 24/7 liners and works just as good. I love a good bargain.
