My oh my I just love it when the drugstore brands come out with cheap less expensive alternatives of coveted items from high end brands. Recently Make Up Forever released their Aqua Shadow, a long wearing, smudge proof eyeshadow pencil that retails at $20 a pop. Although I tend to splurge here and there mostly with my pro discounts, I believe in beauty on a budget. If I can find a cheaper version that works just as good I am all for it. That is why I am gaga for Milani’s new Shadow Eyez 12hr Wear Eyeshadow Pencils!
Shadow Eyez 12hr Wear Eyeshadow Pencils are simply dabomb.com. EXTREMELY pigmented and blendable, smooth & creamy and very long lasting. These babies don’t budge. Once they set they aren’t going anywhere without an oil based makeup remover. Definitely water resistant, no smudging or budging so don’t even think about it. No creasing (although I always use a primer) and can be worn alone, used as a base for powder eyeshadow or used as eyeliner. Multitasker. Can be applied directly to the lid and blended with fingers or a brush, but you must move fast.
Shadow Eyez comes in six super rich shades Winter White, Champagne Toast, Brown Deluxe, Green Safari, Royal Purple & Aquatic Style. Metallic neutrals and jewel tones, such a nice mix. Now all we need are some matte shades (a-hem Milani lol.)

I have the Champagne & love it! And I agree, I would definitely love a matte version, of Aquatic Syle especially. I’ve been going nuts looking for a turquoise pencil without a shimmery or metallic finish.
