Sleek Makeup Berry Collection: Swatches, Review & Look

Get ready for the holidays with the Sleek Makeup Berry Collection, a limited edition collection for Christmas 2011 featuring a matte blush, lipstick and eye kohl all in festive berry tones!

Sleek Makeup Berry Collection

Fenberry blush is a matte rosy mauve that gives the cheeks a natural flush. Extremely pigmented, applies smooth and blends well, it will work with any skin tone. Perfect for everyday wear with a light hand.

Sleek Fenberry Blush

True Color Lipstick in Cranberry is a pink-toned, deep berry shade that will be perfect for the holiday parties but can also be worn for everyday wear if you are brave. Can be applied light and built up for more coverage. Will work with any skin tone but will appear more on the vamp side for lighter complexions depending upon application. Although a matte lipstick, it applies smooth and doesn’t feel drying.

Sleek True Color Lipstick Cranberry

The eye kohl pencil in Mossberry is a rich matte burgundy with a hint of purple. It applies pretty smooth and is very pigmented but you have to be careful when applying to the eyes. I think this will work best when smudged under the lower lash line and worn with black eyeliner, especially if you are lighter complected. Applied all over the eyes, it can make you appear as if you were crying or sick. If you don’t like this shade for your eyes, rock it with Cranberry Lipstick as a lip liner. It doesn’t have to go to waste!

Sleek Eye Kohl Mossberry

Overall I am digging the Sleek Berry Collection. The shades are definitely festive and will look great when you’re getting glammed up for your holiday parties. I just wish the eye kohl was a little darker. The collection comes packaged together in a cute little box and would also make the perfect Christmas gift…

You are the only one who could pull this off, because i’ve seen it on several blogs but the colors look nasty on the girls so i got scared to buy it 🙂

A real diva you are !! You go girl !!!!!!

      11.29.2011 / 12:29 pm

Thank you so much. Lol @ looks nasty. A bit harsh aye?! I think the problem is that some ppl are putting the kohl all over their eyes and it’s given them a sickly appearance, especially if they are too light. You also have to be careful with the blush because it is very pigmented and can easily be over done.

  6. 11.29.2011 / 1:21 pm

Oh this looks beautiful on you. So many shades suit you so well! I’m buying this for my mum cos she loves Berry tones and I’ve had to hide mine from her LOL!

I love the blush. The lipstick is not very unique but is very universal which I love, and the name is perfect. Looks like dried cranberries. You should def have them make a Sleek run for you and avoid that shipping lol 🙂

      Isn’t it just gorgeous?! 🙂

  15. 11.30.2011 / 8:02 pm

Gorgeous love the lipstick!!!! And I think this blush would look great with a nude lip but I definitely thought it would look “deeper” (more berry less pink) but the hint of color is still great!

    • Mz More
      11.30.2011 / 9:57 pm

Thanks Sherry. It sure would look gorgeous with a nude lip, especially with a light hand to give a naturally flushed look. I like the fact that it is not as deep because it looks more natural, but it can be built up more for more drama.

  16. 12.02.2011 / 9:55 am

    YOu look gorgeous!
That’s one thing I really enjoy about Sleek makeup is the fact that their makeup looks amazing on both really pale and darker skintones. Perfect stocking fillers, me thinks!
