Give Thanks

Sweet Potato Pie

To all those celebrating Thanksgiving today, Happy Thanksgiving from my family to yours. On this day and everyday, be thankful for what you have as there are so many people that have nothing right now. As you enjoy your Thanksgiving feast, remember that there is someone who has nothing to eat today.  I may not have everything that I want but I am grateful for the things that I do have. I give thanks for good health, my loving family & friends, the food that we are able to eat today and the many blessings bestowed upon us. I also give thanks to you, my readers who support and encourage me. Enjoy this time with your loved ones and have a blessed day. I usually do the entire Thanksgiving Dinner but this year I just had to do a few things…

"Baked Mac 'n Cheese"

Sweet Potato Pie… Baked Mac ‘n Cheese…

"Collard Greens with Smoked Turkey Necks"

Greens, a mix of Collards, Mustard & Kale with Smoked Turkey Necks. And last but not least, an Apple Blueberry Cobbler…

Apple Blueberry Cobbler

What did you guys make for Thanksgiving Dinner?
