While at IMATS, I picked up two of the Inglot Advanced Makeup Components Eyeliner Gels in Matte 77, which is a matte black. When the SA swatched it for me, I just had to get one for me and an extra one for my kit. Inglot’s Matte Collection Eyeliner Gels are long lasting, waterproof, and may also be used as an eyeshadow base or as a body painting gel.
This eyeliner is blacker than black, the blackest black I’ve ever seen. It is truly long lasting and definitely waterproof as well, I had a teary eyed moment and there was no running or smudging, it did not budge. The downside to this is that it is is hell to remove. An oil based cleanser works best and my MAC Cleanse Off Oil did a great job of removing the liner. It also did not irritate my waterline which is big because some liners make my waterline itch. How much does this cost? I’ve been seeing alot of reviews on these. I wonder if it’ll beat my Maybelline EyeStudio Gel Liner.
Currently it is $12, but Inglot is implementing a price increase in May. Not sure how much it will be then. It will definitely beat the Maybelline Eye Studio, I used to use that one and Inglot is more pigmented and longer lasting.
