” This miracle eyeshadow primer is unmatched by any other in the beauty industry! The genie in this bottle fulfills three wishes: eyeshadow that lasts, more vibrant and lasting color, and absolutely NO creasing. Apply Primer Potion to lids before shadow application. It dries down almost instantly (and invisibly), creating smooth lids that are super powered eyeshadow magnets.”-Urban Decay
Bent “doe foot” wand
Applies creamy nude…
But disappears when dry
So to sum things up, UDPP comes in a genie shaped container hence “genie in a bottle”, and is applied with a doe foot wand. Urban Decay not too long ago updated the wand to include a bend after numerous customer complaints due to a design flaw. Since the tube is not straight up and down but curved, product tends to get stuck in the sides and being that the wand was straight, it could not reach the remaining product. Loads was being wasted when users were throwing out the container at this point and buying another… that is until someone cut the tube open and realized that there was still at least half of the product left. The word spread and everyone began doing this, including myself, putting the excess product in sample jars. Anyway, Urban Decay has decided to listen to all of the irritated customers and thrown in the new wand. Does it change anything? We shall see… I have a new tube so I won’t know for a really long time…My last tube held out for a year and a half before the remnants in my sample jar begin to dry out. A little goes a long way, all you need to do is put a dab on each lid and spread. The verdict is in.. I absolutely love this stuff and plan to never go without it again!

I purchased a tube for my MUA kit since I was able to get it for 20% off at beauty.com. This is not a review of the performance of Urban Decay Primer Potion, just a review of the new tube. If you would like a detailed review of Urban Decay Primer Potion, see my review here. [...]
